Crypto funding rates across exchanges
Perpetual futures have no expiry, so exchanges keep their price close to the spot price with funding: a small payment between longs and shorts every few hours.
What it shows
- Funding for the main coins on several exchanges, side by side.
- Which side is paying: positive means longs pay shorts, negative means shorts pay longs.
- Each coin's own row, to compare one exchange with another.
How to read it
Funding far above zero means traders are crowded into longs and paying for it; far below zero, into shorts. Crowded trades can unwind fast, which is why funding is read beside liquidations.
