These terms cover the Void Finance Discord bot and its website, hellovoidapp.com. By adding the bot to a server or using it, you agree to them.

Information Only, Not Financial Advice

The cards show market data and short notes about it, for information only. Nothing from Void Finance is financial, investment or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Data can be delayed, estimated, incomplete or wrong. US stock data is delayed 15 minutes, and some cards, like the liquidation heatmap, are estimates. Check anything important at the source.
Your decisions, and their results, are your own.

The Data

The bot collects data from public sources such as Investing.com, TradingView, CoinGecko, GeckoTerminal, CME, Cboe and crypto exchanges, and each card names its sources. That data belongs to them. Sources can change or stop, and a card may be unavailable when they do.

Using The Bot

Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
Don't misuse the bot: no flooding it with commands, no attempts to break or overload it, and no using it to harass anyone.
Server admins decide where automated posts go and which roles they ping.

Availability

The bot and the website are provided as they are, without guarantees. They may be unavailable at times, and they may change or stop. We may limit or remove access for anyone who breaks these terms.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Void Finance isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using the bot, the website or their data, including trading losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date, and using the bot after that means you accept it.
